Management doesn't work hardly and stand around and judge others who's better than them but doesn't want Management position because they make more than them. The Management also plays mind games and try to make you feel dumb for being their for your family in need. If you don't kiss Management butt they will get rid of you. They will replace you in a drop of a dime, even if everyone likes you. They schedule you overtime and it's mandatory or you will get a dispensary action towards you or fired! They compare their miserable lives with yours and say they work door dash after work to make what full time tip employees makes.
If you have a family, you will never see them or see them grow older! You work every holiday & weekend of your life there. They micromanage your every move and Judge the hard working employees! If you make tips there stay under the radar because Management are jealous because you make more than their salaries! HR are not for the employees because most employers make more than them as well. Management been there for more than 10, 20 plus years and stuck in their old ways! Times change but not the older Management.
